AYE---"Getting a statement audited" ,that's the rub. They are great at producing 10-Q's. Great at dismissing CFO's who won't sign off on them. I wouldn't want to have the task of getting Arthur Andersen to sign off on a phony 10-K. Doubt if it's possible. What's that about pidgeons coming home to roost?
