My own favorite in the ticker spamming category was a release that Svejk posted several months ago. It was issued by a small mining company. The company described itself in glowing terms, and then went on to say that since the currently popular internet stocks [here insert a list of about 50 of the most important] had run up so much, it might be time to investigate a completely different sector...
