HOUSTON, April 8 /PRNewswire/ -- ComTech Consolidation Group (OTC Bulletin Board: CCGI - news) today reported record results for the 4th quarter and year ended December 31, 1998. Revenue for 4th quarter 1998 was $4,491,094, up $4,197,346, compared with $293,748 over 4th quarter 1997. Net income for 4th quarter 1998 was $508,767 or $.03 cents per share, up $653,048, compared with a 4th quarter 1997 net loss of <$144,281>, or <$.03> cent per share.

Total revenue for 1998 was $9,097,569, up $8,803,821, compared with $293,748 for 1997. Net income for the year was $705,529 or $.05 cents per share, up $849,810 or $.08 cents per share, compared with net loss for 1997 of <$144,281> or <$.03> cent per share.
