I don't doubt it. Service seems to be eratic lately, and competition is all around. It is imperative that an upgrade comes real soon. Also many of the features I've tried on other services should be adopted. Still, they are going to be offering the least expensive of quotes services, by far, then any of the others. I can't wait to see what the next move from Stockett brings. I know that BAI is a private company and does not (up til now) have to file financials, but I was told that they are truly a sound company with 22 million members involved in benefit packages they sponcer. If HTEH can grow and support sncg as stated, ultimately FQ will have its fair market share. I believe that a large focus will be on Neuropro commentaries when advertising begins. It truly sets FQ apart from the rest. It is a complicated, data base and software program that cannot easily be duplicated. All of the other features around, can be done by FQ. Format, links, user-defined columns... Bill PS..called sncg and got a machine that answered <Flex Equipment>?
