Ok, I will take a look-see at snc tomorrow. BUT, finding these contingent sales scams or long term contract revenue recognition scams are damn near impossible from 10qs. It is even tough as an auditor with access to the internal documents. I uncovered one of these scams when I was a young pup auditor, but only because I read the WSUrinal and recognized the joint venture partner was under heavy fire by the Feds and about to go to prison. So I pushed and feeling great resistance, pushed harder. The client tried to get me canned off the job and everything got pretty ugly. But the partner trusted and backed me. He was a great guy, likely one of the reasons he won a medal on Iwo Jima.
