The stock is going up because there are more buyers than sellers...
There are quite a number of indications that the post Y2K software demand upturn is about to materialize...Backlog in post-Y2K projects has been building in many IT departments, and corporate budgets are beginning to loosen up... Look at the performance of ROMC today which is all the result of upbeat commentaries made during their conference call today.

On top of that, HYSL's last quarter was not the total disaster feared by many analysts. You are also getting closer to the end of the R&D spending bubble at HYSL, and greatly needed new products should be forthcoming over the next 12 to 18 months.
