Stayhealthy.com Wins Contract to Supply Medical Devices Sierra Madre, Ca (April 28. 1999) - Stayhealthy.com, Inc. today announced that it has won a contract to supply medical devices to physicians groups within a major health maintenance organization (HMO). The devices will be used to screen and monitor patients in a variety of disease management scenarios including patients with diabetes, cardiovascular and weight control problems. The program, which is expected to launch by late summer 1999, will also be extended with home monitoring units so that physicians may have remote access to the data. In addition to the proprietary devices, Stayhealthy.com's web site at stayhealthy.com will be used to provide patients with a variety of information, personalized for their individual health profiles, to help them prevent or cope with their specific health problems. This builds a comprehensive, integrated wellness program, both in the physucians' clinics and in the patients' homes. Details of the contract will be released later this year. ##
