Watch your step, WebNode3. It's nice to see you 3, particularly Janice, to be so engaging in this thought-provoking (and often heated) discussion. I'm sure you know this by now, but I just thought I'd reiterate a fact - BW's highly-paid legal staff is noting every single word you utter, planning to use anything they can to pistolwhip you in their pending litigation.

When treading on dangerous legal issues, companies (including BW) tend to release very terse, carefully-worded statements regarding such matters. So you have less to use against them later. It's always easier to say too much than too little. They've got reams of data (your posting histories, webpages, etc) to pore through in their preparation to roast your asses to a crisp.

But good luck anyway. Maybe all sides will kiss & make up. Cheers,
