I think "flaming" overstates the case, but I'm not inclined to argue with you over terminology at the moment. Suffice to say that, of course it took place "after" the fact, because "before" the fact, we tried to reach common ground and comply with them with no "flaming" involved. They weren't satisfied. They wanted more than what we felt was fair and reasonable. Then they started pressing harder on legal suit aspects. Thus, the situation escalated.
