The same thing happened last quarter. VITK quietly released a bad for outsiders report on edgar with no news release. Edgar doesn't get the reports out to the public for a few days. If you want same day it costs. VITK would probably prefer not to file at all that alone release news. One thing I ponder VITK/PDKL- there is always a chance PDKL will buy VITK. I suppose it would be in their interest to pay off the stockholders rather than be sued by them. PDKL can run VITK's profitability into the ground, by moving all the $ upline from VITK to PDKL. The big revenue stream isn't affected at all. PDKL gets a bargain all the way around. VITK and PDKL have plenty of legal tallent. Good luck to all of us. Tony
