Howard, My model for an economic recovery that is long in the tooth and interest rates that, at best, have stopped dropping, shows the Dow should fall back to historical norm PE ratios, would would put it at about 4600. However, my market model does not input quality of eatnings. My model for individual issues does, but I simply do not follow all the stocks in any index. Quality of earnings is the lowest they have been in this century, IMHO.
