Skip - The Omnitracs number may have been impacted by the reduction in the message charge announced by QCOM recently.

Thanks, I missed that.

I have followed the ASIC's business for quite a while and my experience is that as long as there are no fab constraints shipment next quarter should approximate the book to bill multiplier that is 70% higher next quarter.

Two comments. First, have they released this BtB ratio in past quarters? It would be interesting to see how soon the BtB actually hits the shipments. However I don't remember such data being released? (A serious question)

Second, I got out of Engineer's post that it is common that the ASIC BtB is a little lumpy because of foundry booking, but in no case is it more than 6 months out. I guess we'll have to wait and see how soon it actually shows up in shipments. We probably have no way to resolve that now?

Thanks for the feedback.

Clark
