.12 in two quarters is not a small loss for a company of this size. The positive scenario is that they are right on the brink. While the company reported having expected the losses, they also speculated on profitability this fiscal year. In that scenario, they'll have to beat .12 in earnings in two quarters.
The photoscreener sales were up, but didn't quite double. If they aren't on the brink of exponentially increasing sales of the photoscreeners, I think losses will mount.
I think we are in a very crucial time. News has been slow, and their financial releases have been spotty. This stock was well reccomended in the Smart Money newsletter, and the Money Talks website. But it has fizzled on a lack of publicity lately, and not yet remarkable sales.
I'm suspicious as to whether the stock was bid up by insiders and now dumped, as I understand happens with pennys.
I think this one can go either way, until I have access to more detailed and definitive news.
But, I'm no genius to be sure. What do you think at this point?
