Spirit - PFE >>And PFE is the most highly recommended big-cap drug co. << For good reason. PFE probably has the best R&D/drug pipeline in the industry and they also probably have the best marketing/sales machine. Recently introduced Celebrex was the most successful drug launch in history (this is a Monsanto drug which Pfizer is co-promoting) Viagra was the most successful when it was launched (it is now 2nd) and Lipator was the most successful when it was launched (it is now considered the third best drug launch in history) (Lipator is a another drug Pfizer is co-promiting). So you have two forces pulling this co forward. They have great home grown products and they are the company of choice to promote the drugs of other firms. PFE is a long term hold for me and I am adding more here. StockHawk
