These guys are quite incompetent. Having been with many direct access brokers (Block, Executioner, MB) and having a fair amount of experience as a full timer for the last 2 1/2 years, I can tell you by design these guys will screw up. I hope your experience is better. I wish someone would have warned me.

I have all my hard copies and can document many horror stories at this place. Best of luck.
