Juanita--- By the way, I don't mean to leave out Australia and New Zealand, its just that the geographical remoteness may make them unwilling to join, since they have other problems...Also, if we were to start by taking into a loose confederation English speaking countries, I would consider India, the Phillipines, and some other former colonies with large populations of educated Anglophones...
