When treading on dangerous legal issues, companies (including BW) tend to release very terse, carefully-worded statements regarding such matters. You mean like: "It isn't funny," said Tamraz. "No one thinks it is funny anymore." or... "They think they're very funny. We don't." Yes indeed. An impressive legal argument. They've got reams of data...
