Jeff, nice to hear from you again. My interest in MIDL at this moment is just of an "academic" nature, more a matter of principle (how a scam is being resolved if ever) and much less a matter of financial interest. I'm watching from the sidelines how everything clears up and I like to listen to the voices of the cyberpool . The thread and outside sources may have something to say or to add as to who is responsible for each element of the MIDL nuisance. This part of the blame game even has some merit in this respect. Posts adressing facts and factlike elements are even fruitful for others involved. However accusations regarding to "credibility" or "character" are first of all a problem to proove - and I'm tired of hearing this, clicking thru 20 or more posts on blame-game on a personal, "attributive" level. I'm into SI because I like to share info on stocks not because I want to witness / obtain a lecture in psychology. best regards CROSSY
