Just got confirmation from the VSE trading to resume at the open of trade tomorrow.

Wed 28 Apr 99 Resume Trading
Effective at the opening, April 29, 1999, trading shall resume.
Further to the Vancouver Stock Exchange notice dated Feb. 18, 1999
(Stockwatch, Feb. 19), the transaction, as described in the company's news
releases dated April 17, 1999, and April 27, 1999, with Vancouver Telephone
Company Limited (VTC), is considered to constitute a reverse takeover.
The company has filed documentation pursuant to Policy 18.5.11, and
accordingly a resumption of trading has been effected.
The company is required to submit a full submission relating to the VTC
agreement within 60 days from the resumption of trading. The exchange has
not accepted the letter of intent between the company and VTC at this
juncture.
