PWDR ALERT for shorts and longs.

PWDR is up 88% today on 5.4M. shares.
The reason for the runup :

biz.yahoo.com

What I found out from the company:

1. Outstanding shares -- 13M
2. Float --- 8.6M
3. Current revenue/earning -- ZERO
4. Current staffing -- 3 part-time employee.
5. The Acquirasation of E-Card -- Will be paid by 6M new shares; however, E-Card can not sell those shares in a year or 2.
6. How E-card works -- You login their website, pay $3 and send a electronic card to someone. if you win, you get a lotto price. has to operate offshore somewhere in south America and PWDR will pay $300k cash for the license fee.
7. E-card demo site --- None now, will be operational in June/99
8. PDtech.com -- a subsidiary company and each shareholder of PWDR will receive 1 share of PDTech.com for every 4 shares of PWDR. However, PDtech.com can issue up to 100M shares and share price and when the IPO happens, don't know (kinda like SHAL here)

9. Company address:
1288 Alberni Street, Suite 806
Vancouver, BC V6E 4N5

I think SEC will ask them to correct their PR today regarding the part on projected revenue of $80M this year and up to $500M in 2003 since they have 0 revene now (Like GARD here)

L.

Note: no position, fully loaded and ready to shot tomorrow.
