Kevin I know how these guys operate but I feel that this stock will go up on hype the Rocky Mountain Crystal Water company is a private company not publicly traded well I believe that we will see a name change in the future on this company the investment is a merger if you ask me. Phoenix sold there woods division and if you read the SEC 10-k you will see that phoenix never had possesion of the properties in West Virginia they were supposed to pay for the with the conversion of Series B 200 stock Series C stock and Series D stock they had a extension on these for twelve months the Oil and Gas properties were bought from a company in which he is the CEO. So Ray resigned and left the company taking his properties with him leaving PRTI with some cash and the oil and gas property in Lousianna. So it was a great company for someone like Rocky mountain Crystal water company to get into so they could easily become a public traded company.....And besides Oil is going for $18.00 for a 55 gallon barrel and spring water sells for 1.00 a gallon so Water cost more then oil so this may be a good short term play, Well thanks for your input
