Bill, I liked your post so much that I decided to steal it. MGR is an established company with a good record except for items beyond it's control it can become a minnow and get swallowed it can become a predator and get money and prey upon weaker companies it can form some strategic alliances to prevent being eaten Alliances are good, as is getting money into the company an amalgamation at 20:1 to prepare for accompanying joint venture/option agreement ...sounds good to me, anything is better than Mongo hell. Bill speculation time Phil, along with more waiting I will hold in 3 weeks the 20:1 vote happens and ? weeks after that the results will be knowned and if the 20:1 is voted in I think Dave Webb will then be able to disclose his plans DougaHoldandWait
