Does anyone know what percent of ATHM that T will own after the XCIT merger? Obviously, there will be lots more shares outstanding after the exchange. Will T still have more than 50% of ATHM? Any insight to the synergies with T, ATHM, and XCIT? It looks to me like a monster. This is no longer a telephone company. Resry
