Well, we should all be ignoring this guy as he has posted so many times in the last 3 hours... But, as I was amused by the responses, I read them to my roommate. He said that at his home on Long Island his library acts as an ISP for members. Absolutely free, catch is that it is slow, you get kicked off after 1.5 hours, and you have to pay for the phone call.

Not worth the trouble unless all you do is download and send your e-mail.
