in what way are you familiar with the details of the lawsuit, they are usually kept under faily tight wraps? also, based on your post below, I am not sure that Lattice will have the bandwidth nor the desire to litigate the suit at this point in time.

The purchase of Vantis from AMD will keep Lattice more than occupied for the near
future.
Absorbing new product lines and people is always a strain on ANY company.
They had better focus on their main lines of business.
