One new question I have regards multiplexors in the central telco office. Although I don't understand the ADSL system other than adressing "the need for speed" there will be a required updating in the central telco office. How will Amanti profit for this other than royalties? Before a big modem rollout would we not first expect the telco's start ordering updated equipement. What the heck is a multiplexor and does it have to be ADSL/DMT compliant? I am trying hard to read alot but am a bit confused. Will Amanti be manufacturing equipment for telco updating?
