Potter, so let me get this straight...

The merger costs will not be expensed so we won't see them for quarterly earnings. I expect that the gains from the IPO of NVIDIA might actually offset Diamond's sleazy business practices. Given that many companies still have Voodoo3 on backorder I can only assume that we have been maxing out the run rate at Juarez for the last two months. This would make at least on million boards.

I am most curious about how the combined financials will work in this deal.
