Zeus: I agree with everyone about lack of info surrounding this company. The loan is another one of those rumors. Colin in the fall lent shares to a broker supposedly as collateral for something. These were restricted shares. The broker sold some or all of the shares. Supposedly, the shares were bought back perhaps in electronic form and not in certs. Therefore, the certs may have never come out of the trading pool and may have still been sitting in the DTC. I'm not sure that Colin is better off with the dilution of shares. Every share holder, including Colin, saw his shares diluted by 50%. If he didn't buy more shares, which cost him $$$, then his net worth was also decreased by 50% unless he was the receipent of some of the shares. tom
