I don't have it handy, but didn't Lawrence Adams Ltd file a bunch of 144's just recently? I'd heard this group might have helped with some financing or something. Today I got a "touting" email from someone called StockProfiler.com with a "NEW SPECIAL ALERT" on CDKX.
The interesting thing on the email is the disclaimer, which makes me wonder just what is, or was, the connection between GE and Lawrence Adams.

I'm in the wrong business here. CDKX at $2 or so, that's a minimum of $300,000+ without the warrants, for their "service".
Betcha Lawrence has a newer Lambo, or something similar, than our buddy.
