I also called and talked with Gary S. several weeks ago. I asked him if he or his people have developed a new business plan. He said they were working on it. Also, asked him with all the cash generated from the sale of that division which seemed to be an albatross around their necks what they were going to do with it. Specifically, were they looking at other companies to buy to compliment the direction they want to move. He responded to me that they were in early talks/negoiations but nothing was firm at the time of my call. Hopefully, they make some good announcements near term that they have used some of that money and purchased some business to get WTT jump started.

As an aside, I must tell you this is only the second time I have spoken with Gary S. The first time was December of 1996. And he strikes me as being what I call transparent. There does not appear to be any hidden agenda. I trust this man. Hopefully, he can pull this company back to being profitable again. Dan
