Richard, <I wish I could say more>> You once accused me of sand bagging? You can say more ... it's ok. Get me the details for the recovery process and I will design a recovery system that is EXTREMELY low cost. It won't be pretty but it will be effective. Material costs will be kept to a minimum and I will try to find volunteers to build it and the only thing I want out of it is a Hum-V and my stock dividends. A successful demonstartion of the process will have funds fighting to finance the operation.
