Following a post on another thread (ARP ?), I had a quick look at this company. With over 69mm shares outstanding (not counting the 9mm conv pfd shares) the market cap is over$34.6mm USD. To justify this price, the company would have to discover and classify as a resource, over 1.5mm oz of gold equivalent.

I have gone through the press releases of 1999, and seem to find only two holes that have significant amounts of gold, ie. 99-03 (147 meters of low grade 1.13 g/t) and 99-02 (43 meters of 4.74 g/t narrow but high grade).

The other drill holes came back with so-so to nil results.

Am I missing something here or misinterpreting the results? Does the company have other assets of value to arrive at the current $35mm market cap (in US dollars)? The suggestion seemed to have been that there were similarities with Argentina Gold, but I don't see anything remotely close.
