I am very much looking forward to that particularly to get the COATS stocks so they show the bids. There are some good specs on COATS but they are so hard to trade. As for this lawsuit, it probably is not of any great consequence, only revealing what everyone on this thread has alluded to repeatedly, namely, that the promotional, share issuing aspect of this play has left something to be desired. Nonetheless, I remain increasingly bullish on the fundamentals. Look at the natural gas price and look at how strong AEC is. They will tell us a great deal if they stay in as I suspect they will. If they bail, I may join the nay sayers. On the other hand, if they not only stay, but other larger companies sign on, I will become even more bullish. I do hope the lawsuit does not get directed at the company treasury in a harmful way, however, and that it can be settled without upsetting the cart(I suppose the train analogy has to give way to the "cart" with the price down here). For anyone who was following FMA, today it went poof - gone - kaput! It was a nice double on the trade but blew up in yours hands if you kept it. Lesson - it can be costly investing in Russia - better to stick with domestic projects.
