LOAX From todays News Release: PROVIDENCE, R.I.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 28, 1999--Log On America, Inc. (NASDAQ:LOAX - news) announced today that Dirks & Company, Inc., the representative of the underwriter's of the Company's recent initial public offering, exercised its over-allotment option to purchase an additional 330,000 shares of common stock. Gross proceeds from the exercise of the over-allotment option raised an additional $3.3 million, bringing the total amount raised to $25.3 million. ----------------------------------------
