Lucky,
You are becoming a professional very quickly in my book. Fantastic analysis and a terrific find. My only caution is because it is a penny stock it can be manipulated more easily than normal but there are at least 20 MM's and great volume so I don't see that as a major concern albeit a concern to be noted.
