Ron, The greatest beauty of the Internet is the record of Stan Schulman's antics. If it weren't for the internet he could still be travelling around the country conning all the small investors. From what I could see, Stan the Man would go around and tell fantastic stories about the company, get the stock price up and sell everything he owns. My conclusion is that we should all file complaints with the SEC about Stan the Man and warn every potential investor to invest in anything but Nemdaco.
