This item about Mpath Interactive was on Briefing.com today:

"Mpath Interactive (MPTH): online gaming community prices 3.9 mln share initial public offering at $18 per share, above the already upwardly revised $14-$16 range."

The internet again commands a premium for IPOs. What CMOZ should be doing with with its internet gaming sites is packaging them into IPOs. 25% to the public in IPO form, 25% to shareholders as a spinoff distribution, and 50% retained to CMOZ to bolster its balance sheet.

What gets me about the MPTH IPO is that it's a company few know of, comes out of nowhere in an IPO and ...pooof... $18 a share! CMOZ, on the other hand, is apparently working hard to build itself, buys other companies in possibly dilutive deals, and stays in the $1 - $2 range.

MPTH is showing that there IS a better way. CMOZ ought to consider it.
