Laurie, I'm not sure. They have no channel program to speak of; don't return calls; seem to be disinterested in our business. I hear of similar response from people with businesses like mine across North America. To me, they are not in "my" biz. We have not lost a deal to them yet. Does this mean they are invalid? Nope. I just have a wait and see attitude about them.... Cheers Michael
