Thread A few posts back was a release from KPN discussing their reduction in rates due to JV with QWST. It went on to mention QWST having infrastructure into Canada. I've just read over the annual report and I saw no mention of the network extending up here. Is this simply an error in the KPN release, or is there an alliance connecting the US network with Canada? Comments? Thanx, mariner
