What I love is that the company, despite its success, still resides in the same crappy little warehouse ... or at least they did last time I checked. Achieving a superior Return On Invested Capital is more important to them than having big oak desks and fancy marble tiles.

FYI - the closest competitor is American HomePatient (AHOM-$24) - virtually the same product mix and rural-based strategy. It trades at 15.5X 1998 earnings, a 12% premium to Rotech. This may not seem like much, however ROTC's earnings are of higher quality (due to conservative accounting). Thus, it is ROTC that should trade at a premium ... or at least parity.
