Hi Henry. I agree to some extent, but I think the underlying problem was what to do with the Equus shareholders that wanted cash. Looks like Focus Partners found a solution that wasn't what we had in mind. It really is a huge dissapointment.

Take a look at Raytheon's stock price movement since the Yugoslavian conflict. Take a look at the price of natural gas since New Year's Day. What happened here is that someone else is going to reap the benefits that we saw existed but didn't get to capitalize on.
