My time frame remains the same for HCOM.

Still holding, and will wait patiently, although a break below $6 will send me selling next time. my next target is $8 1/2.

I have this rule of thumb not to speculate on penny stocks or on takeover rumors, so GMGC falls into both no-nos for me. Interesting, but I'll have to let someone else get that one... hey, a guy has to live by some rules, yes?
