(Vancouver: ARP - news). Homestake intends to cause the Argentina Gold common shares to be de-listed from the Vancouver Stock Exchange. Under the terms of the acquisition, Argentina Gold shareholders will receive 0.545 shares of Homestake common stock for each share of Argentina Gold. Homestake will issue approximately 21 million additional shares to Argentina Gold shareholders.
