That is an interesting filing. I had not done enough research to have seen it before. For others that might be interested:

It appears that the requirements of the S-3 will cause Sprint to have to give disclosure as to who was the buyer of those shares if it was them.

This is interesting. I wonder if this registration was to get the shares tradable or to get them sold, and will this put pressure on the market price. I am trying to near term trade the stock for profit. So my objectives are not met if these shares are expected to be sold into the market in the near term.
