I like the self-description. Honesty starts with yourself.

Ditto on the call for y'all. I picked that one up during my time in the South as well and have kept it since it's the only distinctively plural second person pronoun in the language.

As for "if nothing much changes..." well, if you haven't read my rant on the subject yet it's right here somewhere.
