Time will tell how this all will work out. My hunch is that a board which is split like this will lead to lots of fighting, but not so much cooperation.

I read Father Gregory's proxy yesterday morning. Perhaps I read with a more critical eye then most due to the fact that I am lawyer. I read many examples of misstatements of fact and errors in analysis. I hope those "skills" do not extend to the board room. (I am getting ready to get on a plane to leave town, otherwise I would detail each of the misstatements.)
