Linden,

The step down of Tsang and Black is a clear indication that they are being forced out to management team. Tsang and Black are still on the boards because they are also major shareholders of OAKT (especially Tsang who still one of the biggest).

It's still too early to tell whether Sohn will be a successful CEO but OAKT's strategy is slowing changed to more a DSP company than a optical storage company. Read Mike's post for more information.
