I use Reuters and it took me 3 months to figure out I cannot have e-mail or myBrowser openwhen getting data or it locks up. No problems since I figured this out. I get my loads around 6 PM Eastern and it always works OK but do have problems occasionally around 9:30 PM so I just avoid that time frame. Lee
