Norm (and Charles) - interesting input. I wondered for a long time whether any of the long-timers on this board had pursued the VC route as an option, and obviously you have. Actually Norm, if you have a well organized package that you used to brief your VC friends, I would love to get a copy. I've been wanting to present this situation to an investor I have ties to and I just haven't taken the time to piece together something I felt was cogent enough for their eyes. Actually, if you kept notes on your VC's comments, objections, etc. that would be helpful also. Is that possible? Steve
