Who also dominates the shallow water Barge Drilling subsector ? Who is also the most leveraged player to Deepwater ? Who is the only OSX component that is still selling for virtually the same price of the initial Sept blowoff - while the sector is up over an average of 50% ? risk vs. reward.... ? chase it now - or, buy on retracement ? $8's again (VBG)...?
